Challenge
BBROS used Google Sheets as their CRM, which had two major problems: (1) Data Security and Data Hygiene, and (2) Scattered customer data. Often times data wasn't accurate as it was too easy for members to modify data. It was also difficult to track who modified what and when. And spreadsheets was slow and customer data were fragmented across many places, including their own product database.
Solutions
BBROS says after adopting Relate, they achieved 2x faster conversion time from inbound to sales qualified meeting. Sales reporting is now accurate and you can track down every ongoing deal across the team. Customer data is now housed in one place, thanks to custom integration supported by Relate team.
Outcome
2x faster inbound to meeting conversion time
Reduced communication costs across the board
Now managing customer data in one place
Enhanced sales collaboration across the team
Challenge
Before Relate, Bullseye used HubSpot, spreadsheets, and Trello to manage customers. There were two major problems to this approach: (1) HubSpot wasn't intuitive for early stage company being stretched thin on a daily basis and (2) Trello board was simple but not powerful enough to build a repeatable sales process with it.
Solutions
Without Relate, many deals at Bullseye would have died. Relate is easier to use than HubSpot. It’s so intuitive that they didn’t need to read our documentation to get started. Bullseye's founder, Ryan Tabb says: "When I go in, I know what I’m doing—adding new leads, putting them in the right stage, adding notes, syncing emails, managing deals, and everything else for sales."
